PICK-UP that has been completely redesigned to match the new high output of these balers. Improved crop throughput means the specific movement of a conventional pickup is now not necessary. This means more tines can be fitted to the pickup bar, increasing throughput and ease which crop can flow straight into the chamber.
CHOPPING SYSTEM that is highly moldable by the end user, you chose how you want your silage to be chopped. Chose between no cut, and 8, 9, 17 (xtracut17) or 12, 13, 25 (profi) knives cutting. The chopping length is adjustable through the in-cab monitor. In-cab interchangeable knives means sharpening can be left until a more convenient moment. With Lely Welger balers, we are confident you will be impressed with the increased density of bales, as well as the reduced fermentation time, and overall higher sugar levels to be available for your cows.
HYDROFLEXCONTROL determines the output via the throughput, preventing overambitious operators from causing damage by overstepping a balers capacity. Hydroflex control increases the space under the rotor under heavy loading so as to increase baler throughput, and decrease time spent clearing blockages.
CONSTANT PRESSURE SYSTEM enables Lely to produce the densest bales on the market today. This reduces the cost of wrapping, transportation and storage.
EFFECTIVE TYING means that your bales will stay brilliant for longer. Using Lely recommended twine is also suggested so as to give bales the best chance of staying fresh.
STRONG AND RELIABLE balers are ensured, by giving flexibility in components where applicable. This means Lely balers will outlast many others even when pushed through the hardest of conditions.
